Jennifer Starns Brings Extensive
AX Implementation Experience to Microsoft

announced that Jennifer Starns joined the firm as
an implementation consultant.
Jennifer joins Greenlight BTS after her 5+
years tenure
as a managing consultant and key delivery
resource with Indianapolis-based BKD
Technologies, where she successfully
implemented, upgraded or recovered over two
dozen Dynamics AX projects.
As Project Manager responsible for leading onsite Dynamics AX implementations,
Jennifer's duties included defining terms of the work order (contract), project milestones, work plans, and detail
task lists for the project life cycle.
She developed and managed project budgets against defined timelines and milestones.
She also worked directly with clients to define the scope and direction of the project.
Jennifer
was hired by the Lascelles de Mercado Group of Companies, Kingston, Jamaica,
in 1996 as Senior Systems Analyst for the Information Systems department.
She was promoted to IS Manager for the Lascelles Division
in 2000, reporting to the CEO and Group Managing Director on all IT related
matters.

She has extensive background in AX from
the customer side while leading the Kingston,
Jamaica-based implementation team, and as a key delivery resource at BKD.” stated Greenlight BTS principal Brian Lounds.
Jennifer has AX Certification in Financials,
Trade & Logistics, and Projects. She was a presenter
at AXUG 2008, where she discussed Dynamics AX Compliance and Controls.
